What Does the Next Decade Hold for Me?
Major life decisions often require a longer view. Should you commit to this career path for the next decade? Is now the right time to start a family or launch a business? Eastern and Western divination tools approach long-term forecasting differently—Eastern methods analyze your birth chart to map decade-long luck cycles and identify favorable periods for major endeavors, while Tarot helps you understand the energies and themes that will shape your coming years.

How Eastern and Western Divination Approach Decade Forecasting
Eastern Divination
Eastern methods (BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu) are specifically designed for long-term forecasting through decade-long luck cycles. BaZi maps your major luck periods (Da Yun), each lasting approximately 10 years, revealing the dominant energies, opportunities, and challenges of each decade. Zi Wei Dou Shu uses Big Period (Da Xian) analysis to profile major life themes, transitions, and turning points across ten-year cycles.
Western Divination
Western divination (primarily Tarot) approaches decade forecasting through yearly spreads and thematic readings. While less structured for long-term prediction, it excels at revealing the emotional and spiritual themes that will shape your coming years, helping you prepare mentally and emotionally for major transitions.
