Refund Timeline

After submitting your refund request, we will process it within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to your original Stripe payment account. Actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Eligible for Refund

• Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation qualifies for a full refund
• Consultation unable to proceed due to platform or master-related issues
• Orders in pending status that have not timed out or been auto-cancelled

Non-Refundable Cases

• Consultation has started or been completed
• Refund requested more than 24 hours after scheduled time
• Orders rebooked after user cancellation

Refund Review Process

After submission, our admin team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within the timeframe stated above. If declined, you will receive an email notification with the reason.
