Stellawei is an online booking and real-time consultation platform connecting users with practitioners of fortune-telling, tarot, feng shui, and related disciplines. We provide the technical infrastructure for scheduling, payment processing, and real-time chat. All consultation content is independently provided by the practitioners; the platform is not responsible for the accuracy or outcomes of specific readings.
You agree to: provide true and accurate registration information; treat practitioners with respect, without using insulting, harassing, or inappropriate language; not use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or spreading harmful content; not attempt to bypass the platform payment system; and be responsible for your account security and login credentials.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. After booking confirmation, funds are temporarily held and settled to the practitioner upon completion of the consultation. For refund rules, please see our Refund Policy page. Users are responsible for any differences caused by currency exchange fluctuations or bank fees.
All fortune-telling, tarot, feng shui, astrology, and related consultation services provided through this platform are for entertainment and personal reference purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you are facing health, mental health, legal, or major financial decisions, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field. Neither the platform nor the practitioners are liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the consultation content.
The platform website, brand identity, interface design, and related software code are the intellectual property of Stellawei. Interpretation content obtained by users during consultations is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or publicly distributed without the practitioner's written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellawei is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
